I’m an elite rugby coach, a leadership consultant, and an executive coach who has been working with Fortune 200 and 500 organizations for more than 25 years to improve executive and team performance by maximizing the potential of their people. With a focus on senior leaders and knowledge-based organizations, I’ve implemented some of the most novel people-development solutions in the industry based on the latest scientific research with a focus bespoke solutions on building business value for our clients.
