Working with KPMG executives Sandy Torchia and Maureen Davenport, my team at Innovative Thought designed the Ready, Set, Grow program. We used our Hacking the Change Curve approach to develop a scalable solution that meets the needs of partners. Because partners at KPMG operate with a high level of independence, driving change can often be challenging. As we designed the program, we collaborated with 1,600 partners to ensure it met their needs. We developed and tested prototypes with various partner groups and firm leadership, allowing them to help shape the program from the ground up.
With continuous feedback and improvements, Ready, Set, Grow keeps evolving to meet partners’ needs—because it was designed by partners, for partners, the response has been incredibly strong.
