A shift in priorities

I can’t believe it’s been over 2 years since the release of my book, Leadership Shock: Using Authenticity to Navigate the Hidden Dangers of Career Success. I know I’ve been a little quiet recently and I apologize, but it’s because I’ve been very busy leading the incredible Innovative Thought team.

This is why I wanted to share an update about where you'll be hearing from me going forward. While I’ll still be posting on my personal LinkedIn, I’m shifting my overall focus to Innovative Thought’s LinkedIn and newsletters. Several factors drove this decision.

First, as I noted in Leadership Shock, priorities - shaped by one’s purpose, vision, and role expectations - are dynamic. Over the past 2 years, Innovative Thought has been partnering with new clients and expanding our offerings. As a result, a new priority is to share our insights with a wide audience, which includes those of you who were generous enough to support my writing debut.

Second, and more importantly, it opens the door for you to hear directly from other Innovative Thought team members. Our team has expertise across a variety of areas and I believe that diverse perspectives make for richer, more useful knowledge sharing. I may be biased, but I think I get to work with some of the best people in this business, and after more than two decades doing this kind of work, I know that what we're building together is truly unique.  You'll also get some visibility into new projects as they develop, as well as insight into how we're thinking about AI in the workplace.

Thank you for being a part of this journey, and for helping me reach the Amazon Best Sellers’ List! Your support means so much and I'd love for you to continue to follow along.
